Chef Sharon Cohen's Django Wine Bar is the naughty little brother of the old and esteemed Shiloh restaurant. The place offers a wide but meticulous wine menu from which a large variety of wines. The wine menu in glasses varies on a monthly basis. The wines selected according to the chef's taste are accompanied by precise dishes that combine fine ingredients from the sea and the land.
