The 02 menu was created by the infamous Jerusalem Mona Group, headed by Chefs Moshiko Gamlieli and Itamar Navon. Together with the hotel’s chef, they created a menu that combines authentic Jerusalem cuisine with up-to-date serving methods. “02” will provide a joint experience, characterized by rich Israeli abundance, with various dishes and materials that symbolize the city such as freekeh, Baladi vegetables, pulses and spices, alongside meat chunks, sheesh kebabs, fish, vegetables and traditional meat dishes served on the grill by the weight, with minimal handling and original and meticulous serving.
