Rutenberg

In the Valley of Springs, against the striking landscapes of the Kingdom of Jordan, situated in a conserved building with a wonderful history, stands Rutenberg restaurant. The isolated compound and railway station served as a quarantine and check post for the historic Valley Railway, passing by in the early 20th century en route from Haifa to Daraa in Syria. Today, Yizhar & Hilah Ronen Sahar have created in it a unique seasonal, local restaurant.
